In the bottom pane, locate and select the PRRULEMSGSTATE property. In the Inbox dialog box, locate and select the message whose Subject is Junk E-mail Rule. In case if you fail to find Junk folder even after restarting Outlook application and you are using POP3 then try below method. Right-click the Inbox folder, and then click Open associated contents table. Then you can see your Junk folder listed under menu tree of your Outlook account. You can also add individual email addresses to your Safe Recipients List. At those times it is suggested to close your Outlook profile safely and start it again after few minutes.
